Job Description : We’re recruiting for an
Accounting Policy Manager
who will be the go-to expert on new standards and regulatory requirements—leading implementations, drafting technical memos, and ensuring financial statements remain fully compliant with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance. Key Responsibilities : Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and document related guidance and disclosures. Conduct research on evolving accounting and regulatory standards, summarizing key impacts for management. Maintain and update accounting policies and provide training to Finance staff on standards and best practices. Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Serve as a key point of contact for auditors and regulators, responding to inquiries and supporting reviews. Qualifications : 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or asset management experience preferred Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other relevant accounting standards Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly Experience with financial statement consolidation is a plus Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Accounting/Auditing Industries : Accounting Benefits : Medical insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k)
