As Regional Marketing Manager for Germany & Benelux, you’ll be at the centre of bringing this vision to life. You’ll design and deliver regional strategies that connect brand, commercial, and go-to-market priorities. Every initiative will be built to meet both audience needs and business objectives transforming regional marketing into a true growth engine. Responsibilities

Create and execute regional strategy: Develop marketing plans that build and nurture the sales pipeline while strengthening brand awareness in Germany & Benelux, fully aligned with Enfuce’s overall business strategy. Implement localised campaigns: Adapt global initiatives to the region’s language, culture, and customer behaviour. Coordinate go-to-market activities: Support go-to-market priorities in Germany & Benelux, ensuring strong alignment with the commercial team. Local content creation: Produce tailored content that speaks directly to local audiences and drives engagement. Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing

Deliver creative, results-oriented campaigns that generate demand and accelerate conversion. Concept and deliver next-level experiences from bold industry activations to highly curated executive gatherings that are distinctive, memorable, and designed to drive growth. Create and deliver tailored account-based strategies and plans for high-priority enterprise accounts within Germany & Benelux. Collaboration Across Teams

Ensure regional marketing directly supports pipeline goals, driving qualified leads and revenue opportunities, while aiding acceleration of sales cycles through meaningful MOFU and BOFU interactions. Act as the bridge between growth, brand and communications, and solutions marketing teams to bring global initiatives to life locally. Partner with the global brand team and regional agencies to maximise visibility and impact in local markets. Requirements

5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments. Proven expertise in regional marketing: demand generation, account-based marketing, and event-led growth. Strong understanding of Germany and Benelux markets and customer behaviours. Native or fluent German and excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a plus What We Offer
