Customer Experience Specialist - Aerospace Industry Onsite in Kent, WA | Full-Time, Non-Exempt | Customer Operations & Support Salary: $21.00 - $31.00/hour, based on experience Monday - Friday, Day Shift | Overtime May Be Available Ready to join a proactive team? This role is the front-line face of Hytek Finishes, responsible for building trust and loyalty with customers while collaborating internally to ensure accurate and timely order updates. You\'ll work closely with estimating, production, planning, quality assurance, and shipping teams to keep things moving and keep customers informed.
What You'll Do
Provide real-time order status updates via email, phone, and reporting tools
Expedite urgent orders and reschedule as needed to meet customer expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and resolve issues
Monitor and update jobs in our ERP system (Infor Syteline)
Use Boeing Exostar portals and other customer platforms
Generate and analyze reports using ERP, PowerBI, and Excel
Support Quality Assurance by reporting concerns and promoting process improvements
Handle semi-complex customer situations with professionalism and care
What You Bring
A strong bias for action and sense of urgency
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems
Experience with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and growth
Interest in upward mobility and taking on larger roles in the future
