Pratt Park has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success by delivering high levels of customer service and driving leasing and resident retention. What your day might look like
Being part of a team and providing excellent customer service Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes Plan and execute community events Follow up with prospects by phone and email Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units Assist in lease renewals Respond to resident concerns What we are looking for
Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required Proficient in MS Office Suite; additional property management software (Yardi/OneSite) desired but not required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, explain apartment features, and answer resident questions High level of professionalism in manner and dress Essential Responsibilities
Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing move-in packages Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items Stay informed about market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy Design marketing activities to create traffic to the community, including online tools and referrals Use on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew Support lease renewal processes and ensure timely renewal documents Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and coordinate with appropriate teams Required Licenses or Certifications
All licenses and/or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and move objects Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance Occasional travel to support other properties or attend trainings Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation
Hourly range: $22.00 - $25.00 Additional Compensation
