As a UX Designer, you’ll act as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. You’ll meet with end-users to understand their needs, research workflows, and observe our applications in context. You’ll work with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with strong information architecture, and demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Responsibilities Act as the lead experience and visual designer for multiple development teams. Collaborate with end-users to understand needs and workflows. Research, design, and iterate on information architecture and UI for Epic applications. Create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate ideas. Qualifications Available to start before June 2026 Solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills Education or experience in user-centered design techniques Bachelor’s degree or higher Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship COVID-19 vaccination For fastest consideration, include a link to your online portfolio or interactive applications you’ve designed Relocation to Madison is required for this role; relocation assistance is provided.
