As a Market Research Manager (Internally known as an Account Manager), you will manage research projects for leading companies. You will work collaboratively with the team to uncover and communicate key insights, context and actionable strategies on all the research projects you work on. Base pay

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports Liaise on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to clients in a timely, cost-efficient manner Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests Coordinate and manage data entry of project costs into our internal costing program based on research target specifications What You Might Be For

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s level education is an asset At least 4+ years of market research experience Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Data savvy with strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong client service orientation Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget Highly motivated, self-directed and able to work within tight deadlines Thrives within a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills Experience working with tech, durables, cloud, services and/or gaming spaces Experience with MaxDiff, KANO, Conjoint analyses Experience with Concept testing, Feature Prioritization, User Experience, Prototype testing Experience working with clients in technology domains such as Appliances, Cloud Service providers, etc. Note: If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit to apply. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
