The Growth Marketing Manager develops, executes, and continually optimizes omni-channel marketing campaigns and account-based programs that drive high quality leads, funnel performance and pipeline growth to meet business goals for assigned market segments. This role orchestrates demand generation strategies and plans cross-functionally in a distributed organization, working in partnership with sales, content marketing, product marketing and the network of Kahua partners. Sr. Director of Marketing Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Kahua’s customers, products, their target market segments & audiences and how best to reach buyers throughout the customer journey Create, plan, and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and account-based programs spanning digital, web, email, content, social and events to generate MQLs, optimize funnel performance and increase pipeline in assigned market segments Partner with Kahua’s digital marketing team to develop cohesive digital strategy and testing within inbound and outbound channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, paid social, display, remarketing and webinars Work closely with Sales Development to acquire and manage high quality prospect databases and develop effective email and telemarketing outbound campaigns to these targets Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Kahua partners to define content requirements to support lead generation efforts and ensure content plans are brought to life throughout buyer journey Partner with Digital Strategy and Operations team to develop reporting and analytics metrics to forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand programs and campaigns on MQL, pipeline, bookings and funnel velocity in assigned segments Experience

Required 5+ years of demonstrated success in marketing in a B2B SaaS company Experience with account-based marketing programs and the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus) Demonstrated ability to engage decision makers and executives Preferred Experience and knowledge of the Construction market Demonstrated track record of success meeting or exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets Education/Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering required; MBA is a plus Interpersonal Skills
