Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify a Vice President of Finance. This leader will oversee financial operations and partner with executives to drive fiscal strategy. Highlights Of The Opportunity
Base salary $150,000–$175,000 with comprehensive benefits Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week onsite in Providence, RI High-impact leadership role supporting an organization committed to community service Strategic partner to the executive team with strong visibility Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning functions Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit regulatory requirements Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with nonprofit experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and audits Strong leadership and communication skills Details
