Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity. The opportunity: We innovate with SAP to co-create more innovative answers, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP. Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities
On engagements, understand stakeholders' needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, and perform requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Evaluate and translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams. Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, including budget management, delivery, risk management, and client relationships to contribute to business growth. Engage in thought leadership, identify sales and new opportunities, participate in client engagements from planning to closure, and manage engagement economics. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5-7 years of relevant experience; at least 3 years with one or more SAP modules. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel up to 80%. Ideal
