We provide primary eye care for patients from ages 2 to 99 and offer specialized services such as Keratoconus treatment, Myopia Management, Vision Therapy, Sports Vision, and Concussion Rehabilitation. Founded by Dr. Alecia Barnes, with over two decades of experience in the Triangle area, Truevision Eye Care has been providing high-quality care since 2013. Dr. Jennifer Lyerly, an experienced optometrist, joined the practice in 2019, further strengthening our team. Responsibilities Guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on prescription, lifestyle, and personal style. Educate patients about lens options, coatings, and pricing to support informed purchasing decisions. Perform eyewear adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs. Process eyewear orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain the optical area, including frame inventory and merchandising displays. Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless patient care. Meet or exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and customer rapport.
