Associate Product Developer - Womenswear

Global luxury womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of a highly experienced Associate Product Developer to join our fast-paced team. This candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and fashion-forward designs and collections that align within the brands aesthetic. Responsibilities: Assist in the development of seasonal collections from concept through pre-production Communicate daily with vendors, mills, and manufacturers to coordinate samples, obtain initial costing and time while actioning calendars Maintain seasonal development WIPS, and to ensure all deadlines are met Confirm accurate fabric detail sheets, and compose tech packs and line sheets at all stages of development Collaborate closely with design, production, technical teams Perform quality checks on incoming samples Manage organization of fabric and trims library Attend fit sessions Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel Design or Product Development Minimum of 3+ years of experience in apparel product development Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of fabric, fit, and function Expertise in materials and techniques such as knits, wovens, denim, seamless, and full fashion knits Demonstrate an understanding of construction, material and product creation Experience in import development is essential Prior experience in women's apparel product development is required Proficient in garment construction and patternmaking techniques Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (PLM experience is a plus) Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills Proactive and independent with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Team player who excels in a fast-paced environment while embracing efficiency and technology
