Scope of Position The MR Division encompasses MR equipment located in University Hospital, East Hospital, James Cancer Hospital, and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations. The MR Division offers MR imaging services to inpatient, outpatient and ER patient populations, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Position Summary The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging exams for the diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor/Manager. Minimum Qualifications For Hire:
In the hospital setting: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R). Advanced registry in MRI preferred. Current Radiography ODH license required or MR only Certified ARRT (MR). Previous MRI Technologist experience is preferred. In the Ambulatory (Outreach) setting: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH license required. Previous MRI Technologist experience is preferred. Advanced registry in MRI preferred. Additional Information: Location:Outpatient Care Lewis Center (0893) Position Type:Regular Scheduled Hours:40
Shift: Rotating Shift
