Lead and develop a team of global HR Business Partners across multiple regions. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning for the global sales population. Partner with leadership on employee engagement, performance management, and career development strategies. Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across regions, while adapting to local nuances. Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation) to deliver seamless HR support. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across global teams. Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts. A strong background in human resources, particularly within the SaaS industry. Proven experience in supporting sales teams and implementing effective HR strategies.
