Overview

Senior Organizational Change Management Lead. Drive enterprise-wide transformation and organizational maturity for Randstad Digital clients in the Washington, DC area. Leverage change methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) with fluency in Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall environments. Design, implement, and measure comprehensive OCM strategies to ensure successful adoption of critical initiatives. Facilitate Community of Practice development and create targeted communication and enablement plans. This is a contract role reporting to senior leadership with a focus on accelerating user adoption and delivering sustained organizational improvements. Location & Details

Location: Washington, DC area Job type: Contract Salary: $70 - $80 per hour Work hours: 9am to 5pm Education: Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Execution:

Lead the design and implementation of holistic OCM strategies and plans for complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, utilizing models such as ADKAR and Kotter. Methodology Integration:

Manage deliverables using mixed methodologies, specifically Lean Agile (including SAFe PI Planning) and Waterfall. Stakeholder & Resistance Management:

Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder/Empathy interviews; develop Change Resistance and User Adoption Plans. Communications:

Develop strategic communication plans and messaging for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and C-suite executives. Enablement & Training:

Lead creation of new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs to support adoption of new systems and processes. Community of Practice:

Establish and mature an Organizational Change Management CoP to foster shared learning and consistency. Facilitation & Engagement:

Lead webinars, user workshops, Lean Coffee, book clubs, podcasts, and use collaboration tools (FigJam, Mural, MS Teams Whiteboard). Measurement & Reporting:

Design and deploy ADKAR Survey Assessments and define metrics to monitor adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Tool Proficiency:

Utilize MS products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) and virtual engagement tools (breakout rooms, polling, surveys). Qualifications

Required Qualifications

— Experience in a dedicated Change Management role, driving organizational improvements and leading teams through significant enterprise change. Strong

methodology expertise

in a major OCM framework (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter). Agile Proficiency:

Experience in Agile/Lean-Agile environments, specifically SAFe PI Planning, JIRA, and Confluence. Certifications:

Active certification in a recognized OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Kotter Certified). Leadership & Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, servant leadership, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence at all levels; communicates clearly with senior stakeholders. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking for assessments and OCM measurement. Preferred Qualifications

SAFe Certification:

SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Coach. Location Experience:

Prior consulting or direct client experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DC, MD, VA). Process Improvement:
