We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our U.S. marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on planning and delivering high-impact industry events and conferences. Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business growth in the U.S., including digital campaigns, events, content, and partnerships. Lead the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale conferences, trade shows, and branded events across North America. Design event content strategy, including keynote themes, speaker selection, panel topics, and audience engagement formats. Own regional demand generation programs across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social channels. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive qualified leads. Localize global marketing assets and create region-specific content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars). Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns and measure ROI. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform positioning and product strategy. Report on marketing performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, analytics, or enterprise software. Proven track record in event strategy, conference planning, and content development. Strong understanding of U.S. tech market dynamics and buyer behavior. Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives. Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
