Project Manager role at
Complete Building Services . Responsibilities
Manage construction and other projects as assigned from inception through completion. Manage/support all moves and furniture management. Sub-contractor management as assigned. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting. Provide reports as needed. Conduct and assist with Quality Control (QC) inspections and audits. Support sustainability activities. Prepare and present deliverables in scheduled client meetings. Others as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications
Project Manager reports to Deputy Account Director. Requires delivering tasks at the highest service level to meet or exceed contractual requirements. Minimum of three (3) years QC experience. Experience and Employment Details
Full-time Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri Salaried up to $120,000.00/year You Should Have
Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and a clear scope of work to meet timelines and client expectations. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are achieved. Identify and remove obstacles; provide timely updates; attend meetings; manage project information in MS Project or other software. Identify and manage project budget costs and proper billing procedures. Proactively recommend efficiencies and improvements in processes and delivery. Conduct competitive processes, develop statements of work, obtain bids/proposals/cost estimates for Tenant Work Orders and construction projects; issue RFPs to subcontractors. Vet and interview potential subcontractors; manage subcontractors/vendors and their subcontracts. Review tenant construction projects for building standards and tenant satisfaction; conduct site inspections and coordinate repairs. Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members, tenants, clients, and vendors. Conduct client/project team meetings as required. Benefits & Culture
