The Servicing Compliance Program Lead
The Servicing Compliance Program Lead provides oversight into the processes within Servicing Compliance to drive connectivity, efficiency, and effectiveness between all functions across leaders. The role acts as the subject matter expert on end-to-end processes within their purview and supports activities related to the Company’s Mortgage Compliance Program to ensure compliance with federal, state and agency requirements. Oversight of multiple projects/processes aligned with Servicing Compliance goals, strategy, and vision Assist with performance management Develop strong executive-level presentations and process journeys Serve as a utility player for the Servicing Compliance organization in various roles Communicate with senior leaders and lines of business Gather, investigate, and review information and conduct research Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s values and culture What You’ll Bring
