We’re looking for a Program Manager to take ownership of high-priority initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process for PBM selection and contracting Develop customized RFP documents aligned with organizational goals & regulatory requirements Evaluate PBM proposals using structured scoring models (pricing, rebates, formulary design, service capabilities) Collaborate with internal stakeholders & committees to design cost-effective, CMS-compliant formularies Support data analysis on drug utilization trends & financial performance Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables and successful partnerships Mentor team members to foster growth and program success Requirements:
Experience with PBM RFPs, formulary design, and drug tiering strategies Knowledge of CMS guidelines & generic vs. brand drug utilization strategies Ability to analyze data trends and support financial performance initiatives Proven track record in vendor management and collaboration What We Offer:
