Your main responsibilities include: Project Management: Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out. Project Management: Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Project Management: Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Project Management: Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project. Project Management: Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning. Project Management: Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins. Financial Ownership: Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to fulfillment guidelines. Financial Ownership: Ensure timely invoicing, targeting 90% payment prior to elevator turnover. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance, and passenger safety. What you bring

Bachelor's Degree: Major: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance with at least 5 years of proven project management experience. 3-7 years experience leading projects and coordinating resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in elevator or related building systems industry. Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Strong financial acumen. What's in it for you?
