You will be a role model to the team and actively support store management with activities as required. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, with excellent product knowledge and understanding of AMQ history and heritage Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store Maintain and develop client relationships through a custom-made approach and with CRM/digital tools to strengthen loyalty Engage with clients on general trends in fashion and developments in the luxury market Exceed individual financial targets and maximize personal sales while contributing to store success Foster open, constructive communication with team members and promote a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors Maintain a continual learning mindset by seeking and embracing feedback Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels in line with House policies Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty Follow Company grooming, visual merchandising, operational guidelines and stock procedures, and manage cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting as requested Assist management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties Support Managers in developing the team through mentoring Demonstrate understanding of company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated Alexander McQueen behaviors Proven experience in fashion retail or customer service Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends Team-player mentality Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong selling skills with ability to overcome objections Client-centric approach with entrepreneurial spirit Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM Ability to be mobile for extended periods and to climb a ladder / lift packages up to 10 lbs regularly Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
