About the Role
Were looking for someone who lives and breathes brand storytellinga sharp communicator who can shape how our brands show up in the world. This person will lead all things public relations and communications for our portfolio, ensuring every messagefrom a press release to a social postfeels intentional, strategic, and on-brand.
You'll serve as the driving force behind PR strategies, influencer initiatives, integrated campaigns, and earned media wins. Youll work cross-functionally with marketers, creatives, digital teams, and external partners to bring bold, thoughtful brand moments to life.
This is a big rolewith visibility across the organizationand it calls for someone who can think high-level and act in the details, shifting seamlessly from campaign brainstorms to crisis communications when needed.

Strategy & Campaigns
Craft, roll out, and refine integrated comms strategies for all brands in the portfoliothink media, PR, influencer, and social.
Lead storytelling efforts that amplify product and brand messaging, tying in PR, social, paid, influencer, and experiential.
Partner with internal teams and agencies to spark earned coverage, grow visibility, and make headlines in the right way.
Push creative boundaries to build campaigns that deliver YOY results and measurable impact.
Media & Messaging
Oversee all earned mediafrom drafting press releases and media strategies to guiding editorial calendars and social content.
Serve as the go-to for influencer/creator relationspaid and unpaidensuring we nurture long-term partnerships that build buzz.
Be our internal point for issues and crisis management, ensuring responses are timely, thoughtful, and on-brand.
Champion brand consistency across all communicationsinternal, external, and experiential.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead agency relationships and all the behind-the-scenes logistics (RFPs, SOWs, performance tracking, etc.).
Inspire, mentor, and empower the team to think creatively and strategically.
Partner with brand, creative, and digital teams to plan campaigns from the ground up, with a clear POV on messaging and earned strategy.
Influencer & Social
Develop and evolve each brands influencer strategyfrom always-on programming to launch-specific campaigns.
Stay plugged into the social and influencer landscape so we can move fast, be relevant, and stay ahead of the curve.
Build scalable influencer and social systemsguidelines, selection frameworks, content standardsthat brand teams can run with.
Bring a data mindset to everythingtrack whats working, optimize whats not, and build compelling insights into shareable dashboards.
Measurement & Impact
Drive performance reporting for earned media, influencer efforts, and PR campaigns.
Use data to tell the storymonthly trend reports, actionable insights, and results that ladder up to brand goals.
What You Bring
Youre a natural storyteller and strategist. You connect the dots across platforms, people, and momentsand bring others along for the ride.
Your Background
A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
57 years in PR, comms, or brand marketing roles
Youve successfully led comms strategies and high-visibility campaigns
Youve worked with influencers and medialocal and nationaland you know how to get coverage that matters
Youve been the face of a brand before (or are ready to be), and youre comfortable representing the brand across interviews, events, and public platforms
Your Skillset
A bias for action and a knack for pushing ideas across the finish line
A creative and strategic mindset with sharp instincts for brand-building
Experience coaching and developing a high-performing team
Strong understanding of digital platforms, paid/owned/earned integration, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Solid reporting and analytics chopsyou dont just track metrics, you use them to shape the next big move
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail
