A proven record of designing and delivering scalable solutions in enterprise or high-growth global organizations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels. Proactive, organized, and intellectually curious with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience with ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse), enterprise integrations, and data architecture preferred.
