The Program Director or Program Manager is responsible for the management and strategic growth of the Wound Care Program for the assigned area, including day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, and community education. This role maintains collaborative relationships within and outside the hospital organization and fosters effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to Healogics policies, hospital policies, accrediting organizations, federal and state regulations, and CMS guidelines, as applicable. Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Manages the Center’s Operations (20%): Oversees day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and other wound continuum programs; analyzes clinic flows and implements improvements; ensures resources, supplies, equipment, and services are available; facilitates information flow and effective communication; prioritizes and directs work of clinical and non-clinical staff; collaborates with healthcare providers and the Medical Director; manages direct reports with HR input (interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance reviews). Performs Financial Management (10%): Manages revenue cycle for Healogics and hospital partner as appropriate; stays current with reimbursement changes; reviews financial reports and trends; tracks ancillary revenues; controls costs through utilization of labor and supplies; collaborates with the Healogics support team to present financial results to hospital leadership. Manages Community Education / Marketing (40%): Coordinates with hospital and Healogics marketing teams to establish marketing plans and referral strategies; identifies target referral sources and develops relationships; maintains Physician Practice lists; visits physician practices to raise awareness of the Wound Care Center program and documents interactions in the CRM; communicates with senior hospital leadership on goals and referral development. Manages Quality / Performance Improvement (10%): Implements a continuous Performance Improvement Program, ensures integration with partner hospital PIP, participates in hospital committees, maintains documentation and monitors patient, physician and customer satisfaction, ensures compliance and annual requirements. Manages Relationships (15%): Maintains strong hospital client relationships, aligns program goals with hospital objectives, collaborates with physicians and hospital staff, participates in management and coordination meetings, and performs other duties as required. Required Education, Experience and Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience Management experience preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Regulatory/accrediting requirements knowledge for healthcare organizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including group presentation skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills Strong customer service and follow-up skills Excellent organization and time management; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Leadership, teaching, relationship-building and motivational skills Ability to work with Healogics and hospital management; budget and strategic planning skills Ability to travel overnight Physical Demands

Normal office environment; primarily indoors Patient care environment Exposure to hazards such as blood borne pathogens, chemicals, and other risks; exposure to mechanical equipment The salary for this position generally ranges between $89,250.00-$120,750.00 annually. This range is an estimate based on qualifications, education, experience, geography, and other considerations permitted by law.
