The Managing Partner will lead the US Retail vertical, building high-value client relationships, winning new business, and growing client engagement and revenue. Responsibilities
Own and deliver strategic growth plans for your clients, growing their business and Brainlabs’ revenue Understand clients’ businesses intimately and translate sales and marketing objectives into paid media strategies Train and guide your team on forecasting, annual planning, measurement, and reporting Champion client stakeholders, creating case studies and other PR opportunities Lead data-informed growth solutions for clients Lead pitches and win new clients in your vertical/area of expertise Requirements / Qualifications
Expert in the US Retail vertical, with experience building integrated media solutions that deliver growth and a portfolio of trusted client relationships 15+ years of experience delivering full-service media solutions in this vertical; experience at an independent agency is a plus Strong client leadership skills and a track record as a trusted advisor to large, multi-market clients Applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links to business growth and financial success for clients Proven ability to integrate cross-media services and present strategy, performance insights, and executive updates to CMOs and revenue leaders Passion for building brands and growing business What success looks like
Live Brainlabs culture code daily and act as a trusted, strategic adviser to clients Grow single-service relationships into AOR status Win awards for client solutions Maintain a client scorecard index of 110 and hit profitability targets Strong collaboration and leadership feedback Cross-product knowledge and thought leadership in the industry Hit annual client growth targets and successfully pitch and win new clients Grow the number of clients with AOR assignments versus single-product clients Location and Compensation
Location: On-site in New York City, NY; Dallas, TX; Boca Raton, FL; Denver, CO; Bloomington, IN; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA Salary range: $140,000—$250,000 USD What’s the Role
