Overview

Zams is an AI command center for B2B sales teams. It connects to the tools you already use—Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Apollo, Gong and more—and turns them into one seamless system. Instead of clicking through tools, you just say what you want in English and Zams does it. We are a small, scrappy team backed by top US venture capital firms, moving fast with a strong bias for action and attention to detail. Joining Zams means joining the ground floor of a company with a massive mission and momentum, with opportunities to impact product direction and customer adoption of AI. We’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow with the team as we build a high-impact product. Responsibilities

Be a key engineer driving the development of Zams' core product, shipping meaningful features rapidly and iteratively. Work end-to-end across the stack: backend services, frontend interfaces, infrastructure, and developer tools. Handle frontend development aspects such as routing, state management, authentication guards, and UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, ShadCN). Design, build, and scale reliable SaaS applications with a focus on performance and usability. Deploy and manage apps via Vercel or similar platforms. Leverage AI-powered developer tools to accelerate engineering workflows. Collaborate closely with the founders and a small, agile team, contributing to both customer-facing products and internal innovation projects. Continuously explore and integrate new tools, patterns, and frameworks to improve engineering velocity. Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role) in a professional environment. Strong knowledge and experience with AI and LLMs. Experience with Next.js and Node.js. Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Proficiency in React.js, including libraries, state management, routing, and authentication guards. Experience working on multiple SaaS applications, end-to-end or on key components. Ability to work independently or in small teams, ideally in startup environments. Strong portfolio of personal projects, hackathons, or side projects. Entrepreneurial mindset—experience at a startup or attempting to start one. Motivated to learn and grow; early-career candidates (20s) encouraged. Ability to identify what makes a product good from both technical and user perspectives. Benefits
