Role Summary We're seeking a Principal Product Manager with a strategic, creative, and technical background to join the Firefly Enterprise Digital Twin and Imaging Product Management team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for defining products related to 3D digital twin technology and 2D compositing workflows using generative AI. Collaboration with research, engineering, and customer-facing teams will be essential to deliver scalable solutions for Adobe's marketing content workflows of the future.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead product direction for digital twin-based image generation and 2D-to-2D compositing workflows

Translate enterprise customer needs into scalable, reusable imaging solutions using Adobe's generative AI capabilities

Partner with internal product teams (e.g., Firefly, Creative Cloud, Substance) to align APIs, rendering, and compositing tools

Collaborate with research and engineering to craft core capabilities such as background generation, lighting harmonization, and scene control

Deliver solution briefs, integration requirements, and enablement materials to support field and partner adoption

Engage with strategic customers and solution consultants to validate use cases, drive adoption, and refine direction

What You Will Need to Succeed

7+ years of product management experience in digital imaging, creative workflows, or content production tools

Experience with 3D content workflows, rendering, or compositing (e.g., KeyShot, Substance, Photoshop, or similar)

Understanding of enterprise content creation and marketing workflows, particularly in commerce or retail use cases

Strong technical proficiency; ability to collaborate with engineers and researchers to craft product feasibility

Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical collaborators

Proven ability to work across functions in a highly matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with generative AI for imaging and editing

Experience with product APIs or platform-level capabilities

Experience with using digital twins to produce content destined for marketing use

Knowledge of design systems, DAM platforms, or creative automation workflows is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
