Technical Sourcer (Contract) — Duration: 6 Months. You will partner with engineering leadership and the recruiting team to identify, contact, and engage high-caliber engineering professionals to join our fast-growing team. Sigma is growing, and you will be an essential partner in that growth. Responsibilities
Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies. Develop a deep understanding of the company culture, values, and business goals to align recruitment efforts accordingly. Develop and implement out-of-box sourcing strategies in collaboration with engineering and recruiting teams. Partner with the engineering team to increase the volume of referrals for high-priority openings. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Provide guidance to interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent. Measure and improve response and conversion rate metrics for the talent pipeline. Drive recruiting hygiene by accurately capturing all sourcing/recruiting activity in the ATS (Greenhouse). Qualifications
3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience either with an agency or technology company/start-up. Exceptional collaboration skills; capable of working autonomously. High business acumen with strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data clearly. Technologically adept; ability to leverage tools to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene. Understanding of the SaaS industry; startup experience preferred. Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview process. Provide timely responses to candidates and accurate pipeline metrics and status to hiring managers. Experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter; ATS systems like Greenhouse. Additional Details
