Provide frontline support for RIS issues affecting radiology and front desk teams Test and validate RIS updates and configuration changes Support patient and provider access to digital systems, troubleshooting login and data issues (on the phone support) Manage patient and provider portal accounts, ensuring secure and seamless access Maintain internal documentation and train new users Collaborate on system upgrades, portal rollouts, and cross-functional IT projects Participating in periodic weekend or on-call support for maintenance and urgent issues What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in IT or clinical system support (healthcare environment) Health Information Technology experience: radiology IT/RIS support Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems Strong troubleshooting skills with comfort supporting clinical applications (Portals, RIS, EMR, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting Experience with OpenDr, Medinformatix, Epic, or other EMR-integrated portals Familiarity with HL7 messaging, interface troubleshooting, or basic SQL queries Experience supporting radiology staff and workflows Who We Are
