Job Description: Mobile QA Engineer (Operations) Location:
California, US We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the existing mobile applications (Android and iOS) through comprehensive manual and automated testing, as well as API testing. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with automation tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and validate urgent production issues are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement
testing strategies
for mobile applications to ensure they are bug-free and functional. Design and execute end-to-end (E2E) new test scenarios for mobile platforms. Perform thorough manual and automated testing of mobile applications. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test scripts using Appium, JMeter, and Postman. Conduct API testing and validate data using SQL. Communicate effectively in English with team members and US-based customers. Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure product quality. Qualifications
6+ years of experience in manual and automated mobile software testing. Proven experience in fast-paced customer-oriented environment. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with Appium and other automation tools. Expertise in API testing using Postman, JMeter, or similar tools. Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English. Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is preferred. Seniority level
