A well-established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to join its growing defense litigation practice. This role offers attorneys with at least two years of relevant experience the opportunity to take on increased responsibilities, handle meaningful casework, and contribute to a collaborative legal team. $135,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Position Type:

Full-Time Attorney (Hybrid Position) This range is provided by Eastridge Workforce Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations Manage a litigation caseload independently under the supervision of senior attorneys Provide timely updates and reports to clients Collaborate closely with colleagues and legal staff to ensure high-quality case management Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil defense litigation Experience in one or more areas: general liability, catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, habitability, transportation Proven ability to draft discovery and pretrial motions Strong analytical, communication, and legal writing skills Experience conducting depositions and cross-examinations preferred Prior trial or second-chair trial experience a plus Compensation And Benefits
