Our client is a leading private equity firm known for its value-creation strategies and long-term partnerships. The Firm invests in high-potential companies and works hands-on with management teams to drive sustainable growth. Alongside our institutional funds, we manage a sophisticated, multi-generational family office with a wide range of global investments. The Role:
For the Private Equity Fund and Portfolio: Lead and execute all tax matters related to our fund structures, investments, and exits, ensuring maximum tax efficiency. Serve as the lead tax advisor during mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations, performing and managing tax due diligence and structuring. Act as a strategic partner to our deal teams, providing proactive advice on the tax implications of transactions and new investments. Provide ongoing tax advisory services to our portfolio companies, including compliance oversight, restructuring, and exit planning. Manage complex partnership tax allocations and ensure accurate, timely reporting for our fund investors. Perform tax functions for their Investment Vehicles For the Family Office: Drive advanced tax planning and compliance for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family and their associated entities, including trusts, estates, and private foundations. Proactively identify tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer, estate planning, and philanthropic giving. Serve as a primary liaison with the family, their external advisors, and trustees, building trust through insight and clear communication. Oversee tax returns and estimated payments for all family office entities and investments. Requirements:
