Location: US – Midwest (Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee or Kansas City) About Crimtan:
Crimtan is a programmatic digital marketing company (managed-service) with proprietary technology (DSP, DMP, DCO + cookieless) that enables us to run intelligent, targeted and high performing omni-channel campaigns (display, video, CTV, native, audio, DOOH) for well-known brands globally. The company was founded in the UK in 2009, and our business is currently in a high-growth phase with offices in the UK/Europe, North America, APAC, and MENA. The Role:
The Sales Director drives business-to-business sales and is responsible for developing, growing, and managing a digital advertising business within their region. Depending on Crimtan’s presence within the assigned region, the Sales Director will help define and lead the go-to-market strategy while also developing and acquiring new clients across the region. Crimtan’s key verticals include travel and tourism, retail/e-commerce, entertainment/attractions, financial services, charitable organizations, real estate, b2b, lottery/gaming, and higher education.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead Go-To-Market strategy to acquire and develop new strategic clients across the relevant region Develop, manage and grow an advertising book of business Independently create and deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and demonstrate Crimtan’s value proposition Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with account management and product teams to develop relevant advertising programs for key clients, targets and their agencies Be the Subject Matter Expert on their region and present to internal teams on the metrics and sales strategy for their region when requested Meet and exceed aggressive and growing sales targets on a quarterly basis Maintain Salesforce and keep client activity organized
What you bring to the table:
5+ years overall sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Salesforce and Office products Ability to build sales plans and RFP responses A fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystem Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Travel Required: 25-50%
