Overview

We are hiring for an experienced Senior eCommerce Consultant to work with leading client brands and internal teams to support digital channel success via Marketplaces and Social Commerce, alongside paid media growth strategies. Working closely with senior stakeholders the Sr. eCommerce Consultant will develop a strong understanding of our clients\' business and how our solutions can become integral to delivering on client goals. The role requires a strategic outlook with an understanding of how retail and digital marketing channels can be used in tandem to deliver success. Responsibilities

Own regional client relationships, driving strategic partnerships and delivering measurable impact Work in close collaboration with the US Commerce team to establish and grow our market presence, including supporting business development pitches and identifying cross sell opportunities Operate as one team, engaging with our global client services teams and ensuring we win together Support client adoption of Acorn-I services, technology and data & insights solutions Identify and engage with key stakeholders in client teams to forge strong working relationships, working closely with delivery teams across group companies Advise brands on growth strategies for digital channels and support implementation Provide clients with data-driven insights and demonstrate a strong understanding of their category dynamics Ensure optimum Retail hygiene on the Amazon platforms Seller Central and/or Vendor Central and Walmart channels Be the Amazon/Walmart expert able to advise on the best solution for their business and be responsible for full implementation and management of their account using Brandtech Group Commerce processes and playbooks Where necessary you will manage and handle the day to day interaction with Amazon and Walmart personnel, ensuring strong relations are maintained between client, agency and channel You will build out a smart product promotion and content strategies and managing the activation for your client, reporting on performance on a weekly basis and preparing/delivering business reviews Support in the evaluation of multi-channel paid media initiatives and advise clients on channel investment decisions Coordinate with internal teams in order to provide the best outcomes for client business, including engagement with our international support teams and partner companies under The Brandtech Group organization Be part of our mission to provide world-class client service, technology and expertise for Amazon, Walmart and eCommerce About You

Demonstrable track record of success in a similar ecommerce role spanning 4 years+ Proven experience in building strategic relationships with direct associates as well as mid to senior level clients and partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply An understanding of digital advertising concepts Experience working with Amazon and Walmart, with exposure to other ecommerce marketplaces considered a bonus A desire to develop engaging solutions for client partners that solve strategic issues Interested in new consumer technologies and how these play a part in retail Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels A positive outlook, self-motivated and desire to become part of a fast-growth business Company Benefits
