Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Act as a liaison between all other departments and the F&B management team, communicating information about Human Resources needs, Local 2 information, Events Services requests, VIP’s, Executive Office and last minute information Assist with all holiday activation reservation requests, including Holiday Tea, Festive Buffets, Dinners, Private Gingerbread House Dining, and Tonga Room events. Manage multiple high-volume email inboxes, promptly responding to guest inquiries and appropriately routing requests to the Outlet Sales Manager. Create, update, and monitor dining reservations through OpenTable, ensuring accuracy and maximization of covers. Conduct guest outreach via phone, email, and in person to assist both hotel and non-hotel guests with reservation needs including new bookings, cancellations, modifications, dietary requirements, special occasions, and other custom requests. Maintain and update outlet menus using Canva; assist with minor edits and ensure timely printing and distribution of updated versions. Write, research and prepare reports, documents, menus and letters as requested by the F&B management team Organize the Outlet Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s). Adjusting the BEO’s as needed daily with changes, daily distributions, Pop Ups, Revised etc. Attends BEO meeting as a support to F&B Leadership Team as requested and appropriate. Arrange monthly Colleague meeting for Food and Beverage meetings. Prepare “minutes” of all meetings and distribute to appropriate Departments. Reporting Engineering maintenance requests through the Royal Service System Maintain Communication boards with up to date and relevant information for Colleagues. Active Participation in Hotel Committees and Community projects. Other job related duties as assigned What Is In It For You
