The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required. Responsibilities
Manage cases in toxic tort and environmental litigation across state, federal, and administrative settings. Contribute to motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Support clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Qualifications
Graduation and admission to the California Bar (or equivalent necessary licensure). At least 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation and related matters. Strong research and writing skills; demonstrated ability in all phases of litigation and case management. Salary & Benefits
Minimum Salary: USD $135,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $180,000.00/Yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match. Employment Details
