Employer: Bold Legal LLC (Denver, CO) Position: Corporate Transactional Business Attorney (Full-time) Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Job Description: Are you a skilled corporate transactional attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, commercial contracts, and entity formations? Manage transactions from inception to closing, including mergers and acquisitions, financings (private equity, venture capital, and credit finance), and commercial contracts. Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements. Provide business-minded legal guidance to clients and contribute to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture. Qualifications
Strong moral compass and values Proven academic success Passion for doing deals and business Transactional experience Big law experience Business acumen and experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $150,000 - $200,000 annual compensation tied to billable hours and billable rate Discretionary bonus 401(k) with 3% non-elective contribution Paid Sabbatical About Bold
