Part-Time Property Manager
to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial assets. Position Overview The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in commercial property management. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations for multiple properties, handle tenant and vendor communications, and help maintain our properties to the highest standards. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for someone local to Ronkonkoma with a strong operational mindset. Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and property upkeep Interface with tenants across variety of platforms – tenant portal, email, phone, etc. Solicit, evaluate, and analyze bids from vendors and contractors Monitor lease expirations, tenant insurance, rent payments, and lease compliance Ensure compliance with all local, municipal, and state regulations Complete applications and filings for building permits and approvals Maintain thorough records for maintenance, inspections, and building equipment Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial property management OR willingness to learn Familiarity with property management/accounting software (Yardi and/or QuickBooks preferred) OR willingness to learn Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent customer service skills and tenant relationship-building mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Based in Ronkonkoma, NY – strong preference given to local candidates Schedule & Compensation Part-Time or Full-Time:
