About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media, and influencer strategy across all digital touchpoints and collaborate on performance marketing. This role will own digital growth initiatives across paid and organic channels, ensuring that campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and sales while staying aligned with the brand’s identity and priorities. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with social-first creativity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings proven experience in beauty, wellness, or CPG. Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth: Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales across DTC and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.). Own performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other key channels. Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to align digital execution with overall marketing calendar. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee day-to-day digital campaigns, ensuring proper setup, targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing. Collaborate to optimize landing pages, and offers to maximize ROI, CAC, and LTV. Oversee A/B testing for creative, copy, and audience segments. Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Spearhead paid + organic social strategy to elevate brand relevance, driving a targeted increase in engagement and trial. Direct full-scale influencer activations for product launches, achieving 100% alignment to campaign objectives and delivering all KOL content on-time (3–6 weeks) and on-budget. Pilot real-time trend adoption, launching at least one trend-driven campaign per quarter to boost relevance and virality. Produce a scalable “Test & Learn” framework to evaluate new content formats (UGC, AI-driven, interactive). Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion rate, and subscription growth. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and inform broader marketing strategy. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and platform dashboards for real-time tracking. Retention & Owned Channels: Partner with Retention team to optimize email/SMS flows, push notifications, and app engagement. Ensure seamless digital customer journeys from ad click to post-purchase experience. Influencer, Affiliate & Partnerships: Support influencer and affiliate programs with digital strategy, paid amplification, and attribution tracking. Collaborate with PR and experiential teams to extend campaign reach digitally. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce to ensure website optimization, SEO/SEM, and promotions are aligned. Collaborate with Operations on inventory forecasts and promotional planning. Partner with Customer Experience to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touch-points. Requirements
4–6 years of digital marketing experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods. Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Strong expertise in paid and organic social media strategy and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP). Familiarity with retention platforms, affiliate networks, and influencer platforms. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize based on insights. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker with ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly. Data-driven mindset and comfort with KPIs tied to revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Bonus: Experience with SEO, CRO, subscription marketing, and mobile app engagement. Compensation & Benefits
