About Us Allure Medical is a fast-growing, multi-location healthcare company specializing in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and wellness services. With over 20 years of experience and $30M in annual revenue, we are on track to scale to $100M enterprise value within 3 years. Our aesthetic division is strong and digitally driven. Now, our focus is to aggressively expand wellness services hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine, sleep apnea, longevity medicine through education-driven marketing, membership programs, and partnerships. The Role We are seeking a strong marketing individual to take our wellness business to the next level. This is not a digital-only marketing role. Instead, you will be responsible for building a multi-channel growth engine that leverages education, partnerships, events, and memberships to drive recurring revenue. You will work alongside our current marketing team and lead the charge on scaling our wellness services across multiple states. Creating strategies is a must to ensure success in this position. Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Highly innovative with strategy and brand awareness for our target market and wellness services. Lead the development of creative content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation. ·Design and execute a 3-year growth strategy for wellness services that align with our company goals and objectives. ·Build patient acquisition channels beyond digital: events, webinars, seminars, podcasts, and community partnerships. ·Develop and manage referral partnerships with physicians, gyms, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations. ·Lead the membership and retention strategy to maximize lifetime value. ·Translate complex medical concepts into simple, compelling patient-facing education. ·Report on KPIs including new patient volume, membership growth, LTV, and retention.
