Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline platforms. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI metrics. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful campaign execution and team management. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry-specific marketing. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation strategies. Certification in digital marketing or related areas is a plus.
