What you will do

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: ensuring all cross-functional partners are aligned to the annual operating plan and driving accountability to key deliverables.

Own the brand inputs for Integrated Business Planning: maintain a strong handle on category performance, competitive landscape, distribution changes and the impact of AC&S spend on velocity.

Own the end-to-end execution of the 3-year Innovation Pipeline: work with Sales Strategy to drive in-market execution, vet innovation concepts, and build in-market launch plans to drive results.

Influence Brand Strategy by providing critical insights and recommendations on growth opportunities and risks.

Who you will work with

Reports into Brand Manager, Specialty Portfolio

Works alongside Meals & Sauces Brand Team (including Prego and Pace)

Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Integrated Marketing

What you will bring to the table (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)

3 years of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management; experience in food and/or consumer goods preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to inform, influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels and external agencies

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within tight timelines in a dynamic environment

Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding strategic goals

Forward-thinking marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Large brand experience within a large CPG organization

Food industry experience

Compensation and Benefits The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $115,300 and $165,700. Individual base pay depends on work location and experience. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
