Creative Project Manager
to join their in-house creative team. The
Project Manager
(PM) is responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of concurrent marketing and creative projects. This role requires broad knowledge of the digital and print landscape and the proven ability to lead campaigns across multiple media channels, including video, social media, and digital experiences. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Own projects from intake through delivery and retrospective analysis, providing a unified voice to marketing partners in a dedicated cohort. Workflow Management: Manage project portfolios using Workfront, including job opening, scheduling, securing resources, and managing communications. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central liaison between technical, strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure all end results meet scope and timeline. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and remove project blockers, mitigate risks, and escalate friction points to cohort leadership for resolution. Portfolio Visibility: Maintain up-to-date project health and information in Workfront to support reporting and analysis. Intake & Scoping: Provide accurate counsel during pipeline planning to assess project feasibility, resource availability, and completeness of information for scoping. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience managing various marketing assets, including emails, social media, web pages, motion graphics, and strategic messaging deliverables. Proficiency in Adobe Workfront. Proven track record of success delivering a wide range of medium and large-scale marketing and creative projects. Solid grasp of basic and advanced project management principles, with demonstrable success in applying and advancing those principles. Experience working within an established agency, consultancy, or marketing firm. Familiarity with campaign management, measurement, and analysis. Core Competencies Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage projects despite iterative workflow changes, quickly make good decisions, and provide alternate solutions under pressure. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across diverse disciplines (technical and non-technical). Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational skills, time-management, and attention to detail required to excel in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment. Nice-to-Have Experience working in highly regulated environments or specifically within a financial institution is a distinct plus. Proficiency with Windows.
