As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist with vendor operations, logistics, inventory, and procurement across the CSUSA network, in addition to providing administrative support to the Procurement and Operations Department.
How You Will Impact Education
Follows up with the team to ensure issues are resolved and informs the schools of the progress/resolution
Supports department by tracking status of vendor service agreements/contracts, purchases, and shipments
Assists with supply chain management, evaluating suppliers, purchase orders, and the purchasing of goods or services—with an emphasis in technology
Responsible for receiving items and managing onsite technology inventory
Assists with payment resolution acting as a liaison between the vendors/suppliers, Procurement/Operations Department, and the Accounts Payable Department
Required Qualifications And Skills
Purchasing experience in a large corporation and knowledge of the latest technology trends
Knowledge of the use of NetSuite preferred, but not required
Leads by example in adherence and knowledge of the CSUSA Vision, Mission and Values demonstrated by his/her commitment to act in an ethical manner using behaviors that promote a team concept
Maintains confidentiality of school compliance data and information
Exhibits strong oral and written communication skills to effectively disseminates information to school personnel, parents, co-workers, state entities and the public
Follows through on duties and projects assigned
Participates in and successfully completes training programs offered to increase skill and proficiency related to assignments
Ensures adherence to good safety procedures
Exhibits excellent customer service skills with vendors and across the CSUSA network

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

Job Requirements
3+ years of experience of procurement or purchasing experience
Knowledge of technology trends, vendors, items
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Ability to travel to multiple districts and states within the United States to participate and represent CSUSA in internal and external meetings, sometimes with little prior notice

May perform other duties assigned.
