We’re hiring a Head of AI Innovation & Strategy to define and deliver our enterprise AI vision. This executive role will reimagine how AI transforms a complex business at scale and lead the cultural change needed to become truly AI-enabled. What you’ll do
Work with executives to identify high-impact AI opportunities that reshape operations and strategy Define and deliver an enterprise AI roadmap tied to business goals Lead change management, training, and adoption to build trust and capability across the organisation Recruit and inspire data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics talent Oversee design and governance of AI/ML solutions (from generative AI to digital twins) with clear ROI Partner with IT and data engineering to strengthen platforms, governance, and compliance Define success metrics and report business outcomes to executive leadership Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar 10+ years in analytics/AI, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles Proven record of scaling AI/ML in large enterprises with measurable outcomes Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new tech Strong communicator who can influence at C-Suite and board level Nice to have
Background in regulated industries (energy, healthcare, finance, telecom) Expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, digital twins, or physical AI Recognised thought leadership (speaking, publications, patents) Global or multi-regional leadership experience Details
Location: Denver (open to US candidates willing to relocate) Hybrid: 1 week in office every 2 weeks Compensation: Negotiable (base + bonus and cash incentives) Interview process: 4–5 stages Apply
