Role purpose: to build and maintain trusted relationships with automotive dealers and dealer groups, acting as a key liaison to foster collaboration and long-term engagement. The role involves collecting and validating dealership incentive data and monitoring vehicle specifications and other market insights. In this role, you’ll identify and engage decision-makers across dealership environments to accelerate data-sharing agreements, qualify new sourcing opportunities, and secure commitments for ongoing data contributions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure data coverage aligns with JATO’s product strategy and supports market-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

Create and implement a data sourcing strategy for the USA automotive market aligned with coverage targets for relevant data sets, in coordination with the Incentives Manager USA and Canada. Identify, prioritise, and execute opportunities to gather and leverage automotive incentives data that is usable and helps achieve data coverage targets. Develop and maintain effective relationships with dealer organisations to ensure continued access to required data on a regular basis, with a focus on data quality and cost-effectiveness. Provide retail market knowledge and insight for JATO partners within the USA automotive franchise network. Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics and Sales teams to translate customer needs into value-added JATO solutions. Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in an automotive franchise network environment, preferably with Sales / Business Development experience in the USA market. Thorough understanding of automotive dealer operations, campaigns, and commercial strategies within the U.S. market. Strong knowledge of the automotive retail ecosystem; familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong planning and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining clear and consistent communication with management. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to present and analyze data effectively. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to interact and engage effectively with both line and senior stakeholders.
