The Corporate and Product Business Development team is at the forefront of Salesforce’s growth, architecting and executing high-impact technology and go-to-market partnerships. This role requires identifying, structuring, and negotiating complex technology partnerships, managing the full deal lifecycle, and delivering significant value. It is a high-visibility role demanding strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Execution: Proactively identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities aligned to product and corporate priorities. Partnership Strategies: Build out partnership strategies, financial analyses, and technical product and integration plans for business development initiatives. Partnership Materials: Lead development of assets to communicate strategies and partnership concepts, including pitch materials, strategy documents, mockups, and working demos where appropriate. Negotiation & Execution: Structure and negotiate complex agreements delivering mutual value and clear business outcomes. Relationship Development: Manage and grow key partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for the partnership internally and externally; represent initiatives with EVP+ and C-level audiences. Internal Alignment: Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and legal teams to ensure deals are aligned with long-term strategy and scalable for mutual success, focusing on creating and expanding partnerships to drive continuous innovation. Minimum Requirements

Proven Experience: 5-7 years in business development, corporate development, partner engineering, or strategic partnerships, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology. Deal-Making Expertise: Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value partnerships. Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop partnership strategy, analyze quantitative impacts, and work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and build consensus with executives. Results-Oriented: Record of delivering partnerships with measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion. About Salesforce and Benefits
