Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead
mission critical and data center projects
across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills in
large-scale, MEP-intensive construction
who can drive projects from preconstruction through turnover while ensuring safety, quality, and budgetary goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of
ground-up and retrofit data center projects
ranging from $50M–$500M+. Develop, manage, and update
project schedules, budgets, and cost controls . Coordinate with owners, design teams, commissioning agents, and subcontractors to deliver high-performance, uptime-critical facilities. Oversee
MEP scopes, commissioning, and integrated systems testing
to ensure zero-defect turnover. Manage all contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals with attention to detail and compliance. Drive weekly OAC and subcontractor meetings to align on milestones, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. Ensure strict adherence to
safety, QA/QC, and risk management protocols . Mentor and develop assistant project managers, engineers, and project support staff. Qualifications 5–10+ years
of construction project management experience, with at least
3+ years in mission critical/data center or MEP-heavy projects . Proven success delivering projects
$50M+
in value. Strong knowledge of
MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission critical infrastructure . Proficiency with
Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
(Primavera P6 experience a plus). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to interface directly with clients. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
