is seeking an
Agent Success Manager
with an active real estate license to play a
critical support and leadership role
for our top-producing agents. This position is equal parts
agent development, recruiting, and operational support . You will lead sales meetings, train and coach agents, answer broker support questions, and build strong relationships with both our current agents and prospective recruits. **Important*
* For consideration, please complete this 12 minute assessment: https://app.testgorilla.com/s/l48c723k Key Responsibilities Agent Support & Development Act as the go-to resource for agents day-to-day business and problem-solving needs Answer broker questions and provide timely guidance on transactions and compliance Lead weekly sales meetings, huddles, and training sessions Develop and deliver educational content tailored to experienced agents Hold agents accountable to follow-up, lead conversion, and performance standards Recruiting & Growth Build rapport with agents and prospective recruits through coffee meetings, one-on-ones, and events Deliver recruiting presentations that clearly communicate the brokerages value proposition Partner with leadership to identify and engage high-quality recruiting targets Relationship Building & Culture Foster strong, trust-based relationships across the agent team Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing the companys values and high standards Create a positive, collaborative environment that drives agent retention and performance Who Will Excel in This Role Proven track record in real estate sales (active license required) Natural leader who loves coaching and developing others Organized and disciplined with strong follow-through Comfortable driving accountability while maintaining trust and rapport Energized by agent development, recruiting, and relationship-building Requirements Active real estate license (required) 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, team leadership, or agent support Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment About Bramlett Partners Bramlett Partners is an award-winning,
