Overview
Program Director - Medically Complex Residential Program at Devereux Massachusetts in Rutland, MA. Be responsible for the overall daily operations of the program Be responsible for program development, supervision of staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality milieu services Work closely with the Assistant Director (RN) to ensure all medical needs are met Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice standards Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver\\'s license Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, in Rutland Compensation and Schedule
Location: Rutland, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00, with some on-call rotation required Salary range: $56,791 to $66,822 annually depending on education and experience $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Benefits and Programs
