Senior Product Manager - Data Platform + Analytics & Reporting
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week from our Seattle, WA or Plymouth Meeting, PA office.
About This Role
The Data Platform team builds the foundational data infrastructure that enables the entire organization to make data-driven decisions at scale. In this role, you will lead product development for our unified data platform, creating tools and services that empower teams across all products to access, analyze, and act on data with confidence. You will work with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless data experiences that make complex data workflows simple and reliable. From building self-service analytics capabilities to creating unified reporting across product lines, you are constantly finding innovative ways to unlock the value of our data assets for everyone in the organization.
What You'll Do
Own vision and strategy for data products and tooling that make it easy to understand the value of Accolade and the member journey, and drive towards positive business outcomes Establish and socialize the product roadmap for data platform and analytics infrastructure Collaborate with data engineers and platform engineers to deliver features that enable teams to access and analyze data quickly and confidently Create product requirements, use cases, and user stories based on data user insights and platform scalability needs Work closely with internal data consumers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and transform requirements into technical deliverables Identify and prioritize new platform capabilities, reporting features, and data product opportunities Manage tradeoffs between platform performance, feature development, and technical debt while communicating recommendations to senior leadership Work with Engineering team to use predictive intelligence using ML models and AI-powered analytics capabilities. Drive adoption of unified data standards and best practices across all product teams What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on data platforms or analytics products Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience Strong technical foundation with ability to understand data architecture, APIs, and platform scalability challenges Experience building platforms that serve multiple internal teams and scale across diverse use cases Understanding of modern data stack including cloud data warehouses, transformation tools, and visualization platforms People who know how to influence technical and business decision-making at all levels across an organization Naturally curious individuals who enjoy discovering how data flows work and finding ways to improve data experiences Individuals with collaborative attitudes who love solving complex technical problems while keeping user needs front and center Experience with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements preferred Past analytics or data engineering experience a plus The Salary Range For This Role Is $113800-$176400 Annually Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
